In 1959 appellant, under F.S.A. §Â§ 782.07 and 860.01, respectively, was charged in an information with manslaughter in two counts in the killing of Anthony Winbush, one by culpable negligence in the operation of a motor vehicle and the other by the operation of a motor vehicle while intoxicated. While represented by counsel he was tried before a jury which returned a verdict of guilty on both counts, and the defendant was sentenced to a term of six months to fifteen years on each count, each sentence to run concurrently with the other.
